Winter wonderland

Believe it or not this image is actually a bit over 1 YEAR OLD. The reason why it took me soooo long was because I had a lot of things happen during that time. At the time I originally did this drawing my best friend was still alive but when he died all the drawing that I did at the time came to a screeching halt. While cleaning the other day I found all the drawing I had did at the time and some of them I have started to try and finish them a bit but only the ones that were nearly complete. But now nearly a year and a half later it's finally done.

As for the picture itself it's multimedia. Kale's skin,hair and part of his clothes are done with color pencil. Kale's eyes are a mix of a brush marker and crayon/color pencil mix. The black of his clothes along with the highlight as well as the highlights on his hand are water color paints. The snow is a mix of color pencil with some help of computer editing via Paint tool Sai to help with the effects especially since quite a bit of it wasn't scanned right.
